PLEASE NOTE:  All employees must follow the Baystate Health Human Resources policy on Appearance Standards (HR114a).  A Baystate logo does not automatically make an article of clothing acceptable in our workplace. 

 

Who operates the online store?

New England Promotional Marketing (NEPM) operates the online store and is responsible for billing, shipping, exchanges, customer service, and any other issues.

May I make purchases using payroll deduction?

No. You may pay using one of three methods:

  • With a valid credit card from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • By calling 800-334-1260 to order by phone.
  • By faxing your order to 413-682-0043

May I have my order shipped to my office?

No.  Please do not have your merchandise shipped anywhere on Baystate Health property.  This would be an added burden on our internal mail operations. Please have it shipped to your home address or another off-campus address. 

I like to know what I am buying.  May I preview the merchandise offered on the site?

Most of the items are high quality brand name products, such as Hanes t-shirts.  Photos of all items appear on the online catalogue. You can see samples of most the items (not all colors and not all logos, however) at the Baystate gift shop nearest you.

What is the return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, simply contact NEPM by phone or by using the email link to Customer Service on the Online Catalogue site. NEPM staff will expedite your exchange or return.

A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns except in the case of damaged or defective goods.

Are there any additional charges?

The price of the item appears in the online catalogue. A shipping and handling charge will be added when you check out, based on the total weight of your order. Items will arrive at your home address via UPS.

If I purchase gifts for employees, business partners, or customers on this site, will Baystate Health reimburse me?

This site was created specifically for the convenience of Baystate Health employees who wish to purchase items with Baystate logos on them for personal use, not for business purposes. Baystate Health will not reimburse employees for items purchased on the site.  We strongly discourage bulk orders. For items to be expensed back to BH, managers must follow the normal purchasing processes.  Contact the BH Purchasing Department at 413-322-4090 for more information. 

 

Can NEPM handle special orders and provide merchandise with other logos than those offered?

For logos not listed on the site, special orders are accepted at an additional cost.
