Who operates the online store?
New England Promotional Marketing (NEPM) operates the online store and is responsible for billing, shipping, exchanges, customer service, and any other issues.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, simply contact NEPM by phone or by using the email link to Customer Service on the Online Catalog site. NEPM staff will expedite your exchange or return.
A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns except in the case of damaged or defective goods.

Are there any additional charges?
The price of the item appears in the online catalog. A shipping and handling charge will be added when you check out, based on the total weight of your order. Items are shipped via UPS.
