Welcome to Baystate Health’s online store for branded merchandise. New England Promotional Marketing (NEPM) is our distributor and operates this website. This site is for Baystate Health employees only. Before checking out, your authorized cost center is required to process all orders.

 

Our Baystate Health brand is more than a logo or visual identifier, it is the embodiment of how our patients, families, visitors, and colleagues experience Baystate Health. By using our Baystate Health logo, we project a unified brand, with a consistent promise to advance care and enhance lives across our service area. The correct and consistent use of our branding guidelines across all messages is necessary in highlighting our mission to improve the health of the people in our communities every day, with quality and compassion.

 

The Baystate Health Brand Guidelines and Policy require that all stationary, apparel, and promotional items should only use the Baystate Health logo. For apparel items, the Baystate Health logo should remain alone and any personalization such as department/program names, personal names, and titles should be done in a separate imprint area. The Brand Guidelines call for the logo to be on the left chest (as worn) and personalization on the right chest. If the product does not provide imprints on both sides, no personalization is permitted.

Please note the approved exceptions:

  • The Baystate Children’s Hospital logo can be used when the audience is specific to Baystate Children’s Hospital or Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
  • The Baystate Health Foundation logo can be used for promotions directed to current and potential donors or fundraising event participants.
  • The use of community hospital logos (Baystate Franklin Medical Center, Baystate Wing Hospital, and Baystate Noble Hospital) is only permitted when being used for public events in their immediate service area.
  • Including department, practice, or program names with logos is only permitted with prior approval by Marketing & Communications on a case-by-case basis, when there is an approved business need for promotional purposes and may require additional information to be included on the items. All imprints with additional names must be created by Marketing & Communications to ensure brand compliance.

This online store provides:

·         A selection of general products to be used as promotional items by departments at events, meetings, and other uses, and includes items that are already produced, and can be ordered in any quantity and received in a few days. All products have the Baystate Health logo imprinted on them as appropriate.

·         A selection of ready-to-order products can be ordered directly from this site, with minimum quantities based on each individual item, and the option to order with the three approved logos (Baystate Health, Baystate Children’s Hospital, and Baystate Health Foundation)

·         Individual clothing orders for employees to purchase for their own use (Purchase Orders and P-Cards are not accepted, Personal Credit Cards Only.)

 

To order items not listed on this site, order items with additional approved information, or for large apparel items for departments, please reach out to our representatives at NEPM, or submit a Marketing & Communications Request through THIS LINK.

 

All requests for materials with additional information other than the approved logos alone must be approved by Marketing & Communications.

For promotional items with very small imprint areas where it is not possible to maintain the proper branding of the logo with any additional information (such as pens or other small items), only the Baystate Health logo should be used, even if a valid business need is identified.
